We work throughout the North West, with emphasis on Chester, North Wales, The Wirral, Ellesmere Port, Liverpool, Warrington, Wrexham and surrounding areas.

Who are we?

We are based in Chester and started providing EPCs in 2007 at the beginning of the new EPC legislation. We have grown over the last few years despite obvious economic difficulties, which is a testament to our excellent service. We provide EPCs throughout the northwest and were one of the first Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) providers in this area. We also provide Thermal Imaging through Thermaview and we provide domestic floor plans.

The company has grown through providing an excellent service…..in February 2010 we included the provision of Commercial EPCs and provide these for large or small commercial properties.

Also in October 2010 we linked with Thermoview (northwest), to provide thermal imaging services, identifying energy loss in buildings through infra red cameras.

In December 2010 we introduced the provision of floor plans for customers for both domestic and commercial properties.

Where do we work?

We provide Domestic and Commercial EPCs in the northwest specifically in the following areas:- Chester, North Wales, The Wirral, Ellesmere Port, Warrington, Wrexham, Liverpool and surrounding areas for individuals, Estate Agents, Architects, Private Investors and Government Trusts.

For Thermal Imaging we travel throughout the northwest.

Our rates.

Our rates for providing EPCs are very competitive starting from £40 (no vat). We understand that customers require EPCs quickly at a competetive price and fully compliant with legislation. We provide that service, whilst also being courteous, professional and mindful of the clients property.

Can you trust us?

We understand there are companies out there who take payments prior to work being undertaken, we will not take any payment until we have attended the property and completed the survey.

Also all our staff are fully qualified and accredited with a Government recognised Accreditation body. They have all had the required Criminal Records check and are fully insured.
